Can I gush for a moment? The ‘Pitch Perfect’ conference was fantastic – not only because of the NV-SCBWI volunteers (shout out to Cynthia Mun!), but to the presenters, mentors, fellow mentees, and aspiring authors and illustrators. I learned a TON of useful info, and had a great time hanging out in Las Vegas (including with fellow Dakotas-SCBWI writer Tory Christie – check out her website HERE).
